Returns & Exchanges

At TrueKicks, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns, refunds, and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must include the original proof of purchase.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
